Interestingly, when I double-click on 'HP Scan' on my computer, it says 'HP 5520 not found'!! But if I click on HP Print, it's all connected and fine. I just reinstalled the printer and the scan still doesn't work. If I turn it off and on and reset the wireless connection etc, it doesn't work. The computer connects to the internet absolutely fine, but when it gets to the actual scanning bit, it says 'unable to scan' or something like that, and basically that's it. And ever since then I haven't been able to scan. Then a few days my toddler randomly turned off the printer right in the middle of scanning a document. Well that was fine because Scan to Email still worked, so I just did that. Then all of a sudden a while back, it wouldn't Scan to Computer. ![]() So my HP Photosmart 5520 has been working fine for ages.
